Post-Nuptial Agreements

A post-nuptial agreement is an agreement a married couple can make to address the division of assets in the event they later divorce. A mid-marital agreement can be used to modify a prenuptial agreement if circumstances have changes. Each spouse must have their own attorney, and the agreement may have to be reasonable and fair for a court to respect it.
