Prenuptial agreements (also called premarital agreements and prenups for short) are written agreements entered into before marriage to control the financial consequences of the marriage and in particular a later divorce. This video clip will explore some of the key concepts you should consider when evaluating using or actually planning a prenuptial agreement. Most importantly, it doesn’t have to be an antagonistic or difficult process, and it can be a constructive one.
