Core Estate Planning Documents During COVID

Every practitioner is familiar with the common or “core” estate planning documents: powers of attorney, living will, health care proxy, will and revocable trust. But how might Covid-19 uniquely impact provisions in, and planning for, these ubiquitous and essential documents? What provisions in a living will should be modified in ways perhaps not addressed in the past? How might the stay-at-home environment impact the use of financial powers of attorney and health care proxies? What modifications might help clients in these difficult times.
