Yes, it can and should be about all those things and more, but the most important thing your estate plan should be about is you. What are your goals? What are your concerns? What worries do you have? What risks to do you fact that you may not have identified that you should address? Who do you want to provide for? What happens to you as you age? Is religion important in your life? Do you or your loved ones have a lifestyle, religious belief, health challenge or other circumstances that is important to address? Be wary of boilerplate standard planning recommendations and answers. Make sure it is really about you and your situation.
