Financial Powers of Attorney – A Must For Every Adult
If you are sick, incapacitated, disabled, someone will have to make legal, tax and financial decisions on your behalf, pay your bills, pay your taxes and so forth. That may be an agent under a financial power of attorney (or a successor trustee under a revocable trust). What powers should you give such a person?
