Getting to Delaware

In my prior article , I discussed trust friendly jurisdictions and compared Delaware
and New Jersey. But while using a trust friendly jurisdiction can often be a great
choice, trust counsel Mick Jagger reminds us that, “You can’t always get what you
want.”

While being in Delaware is great, getting there might take more than the trustee
clicking his heels together three times and reciting “I want to be administered in
Delaware.” This was discussed in a series of cases. Here’s a summary of the
