CTA: New FAQs Sep/Oct 2024: What You Need to Know

The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) filing deadline for pre-2024 entities is rapidly approaching. FinCEN has continued to issue FAQs to provide guidance and September and October 2024 had many new FAQs. This webinar will review and discuss the new FAQs to help you keep up to date on the latest guidance. If a reporting company is created in 2024 and winds up its affairs and ceases to exist before its initial BOI report is file, just it file? Should an initial BOI report include historical beneficial owners of a reporting company, or only beneficial owners as of the time of filing?
